It has
been Mullikin's pleasure to do some very interesting
work and meet some very extraordinary people during his
career as a media and marketing professional. He has
interviewed American presidents during his time in
broadcast journalism and met world leaders such as
Benjamin Netanyahu when the former Israeli prime
minister visited the John Brown University's Soderquist
Leadership Center. He has served as a past president of
the Arkansas Advertising Federation and also finds time
to be an active participant in other civic organizations
such as Rotary and the area's Chamber of Commerce. He is the past chairman and former board member of the Jones Center for Families.
Mullikin still does voice work for a number of clients;
his voice is one of the most easily recognized in
Northwest Arkansas. As comfortable on stage as he is
behind his desk, Mullikin and his wife Sandy perform
regularly in programs presented by the First Baptist
Church of Springdale Choir. When not working or singing,
Mullikin is an avid spectator of local sports; in
particular those played by his three children Josh,
Justin and Kelsey. His hobbies include playing golf and traveling.
