magazines, billboard providers, radio and television
stations; therefore, we do not mark up the rates. Some
newspapers do not commission us for placement and we cannot
guarantee lower rates, but we can use our large buying power
to leverage better rates and in some instances we have
contracts with the media, allowing us to offer you even
lower rates. |

Time Is Money |

We do all of the work for you. We will deal
with the media representatives, get the rate information,
and do the research, saving you
time and money. You will also receive only one invoice,
saving you the time of sorting through invoices from each
station or newspaper. We follow up, making sure that your
ads run correctly, that the charges are correct and handle
any problems that arise. We also have a good relationship
with the media, making us privy to special deals and
promotions that may come up during the year. |

We Can Work Out A Placement Procedure That

We could work with either an appointed person
in each department that needs media placement or an
appointed person in the Marketing Department who handles all
departments. The appointed contact person could contact one
of our media buyers, who will submit a proposal based on
your specifications and fax or email it for approval. |

Another scenario would be for the appointed
contact person to contact one of our media buyers and ask
them to come up with a plan based on specific variables such
as budget, length of campaign and the ultimate goal of the
campaign. The Mullikin Agency would then research and
submit a proposal for the best plan possible for a
successful advertising campaign. |
